Ripe raspberry, cherry, and plum, interwoven with savoury notes of black olive, cassis and subtle hints of cedar.

VINEYARD
This Shiraz is made using fruit from two of our vineyards - both the cooler region of Polish Hill River and the warmer Armagh, north of Clare.
Vinification
The fruit comes from two of the Clare Valley’s premium sub-regions – Armagh and Polish Hill River. Each batch is fermented separately in two and four tonne open fermenters over a 14 day period and hand-plunged. The wine is left on skins post-fermentation, enhancing tannin complexity and maximising flavour. This is pressed to tank, then racked to oak (20% new French oak, 80% seasoned French oak) for 18 months.

96 Points - Winepilot
"Here is a wine that combines the power and intensity of Clare with finesse to create a stylish example of what the region does well. Fruit was sourced from the sub-regions of Polish Hill River and Armagh. Immediately strikes with dark fruits and spices, displaying blackberry, plum, dark mocha, and even a touch of black olive. The palate is deeply intense with richness and depth, yet managed with elegance. Perfectly balanced, superb value, and great cellaring potential—though beautiful now." - Ray Jordan

93 Points - The Real Review
"Really youthful and bright in the glass. Lifted aromas of plum, mulberry, mocha, anise, eucalyptus and spice. Full-bodied, dark fruited and opulent, but with really smart structure and grip delivered by some textured, granular tannins. There's also some very nice French oak bringing some class to the table" - Aaron Brasher
