O’Leary Walker Wines delivers within Australia only.
Delivery of alcohol is restricted to some areas of Australia, and O'Leary Walker Wines are unable to deliver to the following postcodes:

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Orders to all states and territories are sent via registered Australia Post eParcel, and orders are dispatched within 2 business days.
Deliveries to metro areas may take 2 - 7 business days to arrive, and delivery to rural areas may take 2 - 10 business days.
STANDARD DELIVERY CHARGES & FREE SHIPPING
Our standard shipping rate is $15 per order.
Orders of $250 or more are eligible to receive free shipping, which will be automatically applied at checkout.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
WINE CLUB SUBSCRIPTION DELIVERY CHARGES
All curated and custom wine subscription packs include free shipping Australia wide, as stated during the subscription process.
AUTHORITY TO LEAVE
Customers may request an Authority to Leave and enter delivery instructions during the checkout process. After dispatch, customers will receive an email tracking notification, and can also lodge an Authority to Leave request through this avenue. If no Authority to Leave is requested at either of these points, a signature will be required from the recipient in order to deliver the parcel. Should there be no one home to receive the parcel, it will be taken to the nearest Australia Post Office and a notification card left.
O'Leary Walker Wines will not deliver wines to individuals under 18 years of age. When delivering an order, if a recipient appears under 25 years of age, Australia Post will check ID to confirm they are 18 years or older, and get a signature from the recipient. If sufficient ID cannot be sighted, a notification card will be left, and your order will be taken to a nearby Australia Post Office for collection.
O'Leary Walker Wines, and any associated contractors, are not responsible for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of the Authority to Leave delivery method. Please note that in some circumstances we may not be able to leave your order as direct under an Authority to Leave request. In this case, your order will be redirected to your local Australia Post Office for collection at your convenience.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS/ORDER DETAILS
If you have entered an incorrect address or require some of your order details to be amended, please contact us on 1300 342 569 or via email@example.com. Please note that we may be unable to change your shipping address or amend your order once it has been processed.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an order with all your tracking information via Australia Post. Please note that it can take up to 48 hours for dispatch information to be updated via the tracking link.
O'Leary Walker Wines will not be obliged to accept any return or make a refund to you for any wine that you have changed your mind about purchasing. If there is a fault with any O’Leary Walker wine, a replacement will be made with currently available vintage stock. Please contact us via 1300 342 569 or via firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us of any faulty product.
Risk and Title in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery of the goods to the nominated address.
The carrier will advise O’Leary Walker Wines if they are unable to deliver a particular item. We will then attempt to contact you to arrange re-delivery.
