Sourced from one of the Adelaide Hills’ earliest vineyards, planted in Lenswood in 1979/80, this elegant cool-climate Chardonnay displays white peach, nectarine and creamy citrus notes.
Barrel fermentation and six months in seasoned French oak build a beautifully layered texture, balanced by bright natural acidity and a long, refined mineral finish.

VINEYARD
Planted in 1979/80 at 760 metres above sea level, the Lenswood vineyard is a cool-climate site perfectly suited to producing premium Adelaide Hills Chardonnay.
Vinification
Barrel-fermented in seasoned French oak with a mix of wild, non-saccharomyces, and saccharomyces yeasts, then matured for six months in oak.
