VINEYARD
From a carefully selected McLaren Vale vineyard, this Grenache is driven by site as much as variety. The vineyard's well-drained soils and maritime influence produce fruit with bright aromatics, concentrated red fruits and savoury complexity, resulting in a wine of balance, texture and regional character.
Vinification
This wine undergoes 10% whole bunch ferment in an open ferment and is then basket-pressed into fractions before being matured separately and carefully re-blended prior to bottling.
