2021 Grenache Mourvèdre Rosé

Vibrant pink.

Bursting with fruit - think raspberry with a hint of spice. Fantastic intensity.

Flavoursome and long. Mourvèdre provides a base of dark fruit, violet flowers and black pepper, while Grenache add notes of mulberry fruits and rich raspberry, plus a fantastic juiciness.

Drinking wonderfully now.

Fruit is sourced from two blocks of the Grace family vineyards around Watervale in the Clare Valley, producing Mourvèdre and Grenache. Vineyard soils of rich terra rossa over limestone soil. Fruit is hand-harvested at optimal flavour ripeness.

Fruit was co-crushed together and cold soaked for 12 hours. The juice is racked off the skins through a sieve and left to settle for two days. Ferment is inoculated and held cool over 12-15 days to enhance aromatics and primary fruit.
