Vineyard

This award-winning vineyard lies in the heart of Adelaide Hills on Wenzel Road, south-east of Oakbank. David and Sue Cherry (nee O'Leary) planted this vineyard in 1990, and the Adelaide Hills is perfectly suited to the production of crisp and refreshing Sauvignon Blanc. The elevation of this cool climate region consistently offers a natural balanced acidity to this single vineyard wine.

Vinification

98% stainless steel ferment, 2% ferment in new French oak. These are carefully blended to add a beautiful texture and complexity while maintaining elegance and intense freshness.
