Three Heart Surgeons from Adelaide have owned the Drs' Vineyard in the Polish Valley for some 15 years.  The Drs' Riesling has been 5 yers in the making, with a great deal of fun and experimentation being invested.

The Polish Valley is  ideal for this style with its high perfume and minerality.  Skin contact and full lees fermentation was adopted for thei European style Riesling.

This original 36 year old Riesling planting was always destined for something special.

A wine having "Bose" like purity and intensity, with many textured layers of complexity and a myriad of spice interwoven with fennel and citrus.
