The Wines > O'Leary Walker Adelaide Hills Pinot Noir

Cherry Hills Vineyard at Oakbank is the lynch-pin of our Adelaide Hills range, producing three main varieties - Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. This site is special; well exposed with a north-east aspect to maximise warmth, grey-loam soils with a high degree of quartz and a thin layer of schist just below the top soil.

The vines are vertically shoot positioned to promote even ripening & reduce shade and pruning levels are balanced to control vigour and yield.
